Florida Marriage License Requirements

What To Do

Obtain marriage license at any County Court in Florida.

License is valid 60 days up to wedding date.

3 day waiting period applies to Florida residents.
Waived after completion of 4-hour premarital course.

Waiting period not applicable to non-Florida residents.

The marriage will be recorded in Florida.

What You Will Need

One proof of identification such as:
Driver's License
Birth Certificate or State I.D.
Social Security card
Passport
Date previous marriage ended,
if  applicable
License Fee
